Our website minimum is £150.00 since this is a wholesale/trade-only website.
If you wish to order in singles and/or small amounts, please use our retail site to enjoy no website minimums and the ability to order for personal use.
All items are handmade-to-order and this means that there is a lead time. That lead-time changes according to current demand. The lead is always clearly stated at the top of the website on the home page.
Returns:
We accept pre-arranged returns made within a 30-day period after delivery. You must contact us via email for return approval so that we can both agree on further steps and a return/exchange of goods.
The cost for any returns is made at the customer's expense unless the return is due to negligence on the part of the brand (us) if you were sent incorrect or damaged items. Items must be returned unused and unopened with the original packaging and any labels intact.
Processing of returns will be made within 5 business days and you will be credited/refunded according to the guidelines discussed and agreed upon terms and conditions.
