Directions for use:

Simply pour a couple of ample tablespoonfuls of the Monks Heath Garden solution into a bathtub filled with hot water, stir vigorously until the salt dissolves completely, and submerge yourself for at least 15 to 20 minutes to fully experience the therapeutic benefits.
