Directions for use:
Pour a couple generous tablespoonfuls of Meditation Aromatherapy Bath Salt Soak into a hot bath and agitate the water to dissolve the salt. Soaking for at least 15 to 20 minutes will give you the full therapeutic effects of the bath soak.
