Directions for use:

Simply pour a couple of ample tablespoonfuls of the Celtic Black Salt solution into a bathtub filled with hot water, stir vigorously until the salt dissolves completely, and submerge yourself for at least 15 to 20 minutes to fully experience the therapeutic benefits. Please be advised that individuals with insufficient magnesium levels might encounter a tingling sensation in their lower abdominal area, which is considered normal and indicative of magnesium restoration within the body.
